Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
Condition Check
Ensure the item is in its original, unassembled condition and securely repacked in all original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Arrange Transport
Once approved, you can return the item to our Alexandria warehouse or we can assist in arranging a courier collection at your expense.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit, excluding original and return shipping costs.
